After reviewing the request, Green Chemicals will determine whether the product qualifies for return, replacement, or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, personal-care, or product-specific considerations.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may also be refused.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

The time required for a refund to reach the customer may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

6. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from Green Chemicals, the company may provide appropriate guidance regarding return delivery.

For other eligible returns, return delivery charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
